What leather do you use?

The outside of every VIYAN case is genuine leather with a polished, glossy finish, laid by hand over a protective core that gives the case its shape and its grip.

How does personalization work?

Choose any two charms — letters, symbols, or one of each — they're on us. Each charm is applied by hand before your case ships, so please allow up to 48 hours before dispatch.

When will my order ship?

Personalized orders leave the atelier within 48 hours. You'll receive a tracking number the moment your case is on its way. US shipping is free on orders over $30.

What is your return policy?

30 days, three options: a refund, an exchange, or a replacement charm. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
